Temporary closure of Woodhill Park

We have taken the decision to close Woodhill Park to all guests hiring Woodhill’s own holiday homes and touring and camping pitches until 30 April 2020.

This move is in response to the latest government announcement regarding Coronavirus.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is a priority and we feel this move supports the recommendations issued by government.

If you are due to stay with us during this period, we regret that we have no alternative but to cancel your stay. We are in the process of contacting those affected by this decision prioritising those who are due to arrive in the coming week, we will then work through arrival dates in order.

We are experiencing a high level of calls and our teams are very busy, as a result, response times are extended, and we would ask for your understanding and patience please.

Your options

Change your dates

  • For bookings with start dates up to 30 April you will be able to transfer your break to a later date in 2020 or 2021.
  • If the new break cost is lower in price than the original, we will refund the difference, if the cost is higher then we will ask you to pay the difference.
  • We will not make any administration charge for these changes.

If you wish to cancel a booking with a start date up to 30 April 2020

  • Remember, we can transfer your break to a later date in 2020 or 2021.
  • If the new break cost is lower in price than the original, we will refund the difference, if the cost is higher then we will ask you to pay the difference.
  • If you decide to cancel rather than transfer your booking, then you will not pay the balance of the hire charge and we can refund your deposit. If you have paid the balance, we can refund the total holiday cost.
  • We will not make any administration charge for these changes.

‘Change in dates' and ‘If you wish to cancel' are temporary amendments to our Booking & Hiring Conditions. Breaks are subject to availability.
