Kelling Heath and Woodhill Park are both classed as ‘recreational areas’ by the Civil Aviation Authority. The use of Drones is therefore STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT BOTH KELLING HEATH AND WOODHILL.
We do not allow any pets in our luxury holiday homes.
Pets are allowed on the touring areas.
We allow a maximum of two dogs per pitch. Please be aware, dogs must be on leads at all times and must not be left unattended. Please clear up after your dog and use the bins provided.
We do allow dogs to walk throughout the park, although they must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
We would refer you to our Booking & Hiring Conditions point 15 (b)which states:
(b) Dogs are only permitted on touring pitches booked on the designated touring pitch dog area (subject to a maximum of two dogs per pitch at Kelling Heath Holiday Park).
Certain breeds of dog are not permitted on Kelling Heath or Woodhill Park in order to maintain the safety and wellbeing of all of our guests. These are:
Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero, XL Bully or a cross breed of any of the breeds shown.
If you are in doubt about whether your dog will be permitted, please contact the park prior to booking for confirmation.
Dogs must be on a lead at all times and must not be left unattended.
We reserve the right to require the owner of any dog (whether or not of the breeds referred to above) considered a nuisance or affecting the comfort of guests to remove it from the Park.

No, all sheets and bedding are provided and the beds are made up ready.
Yes, you will need to bring your own beach towels, but bath towels and a tea towel are provided.
Unfortunately, our Holiday Homes are not wheelchair friendly.
Yes, cots and highchairs can both be hired from reception, although we do ask for a small deposit which will be refunded when brought back.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to hire one as numbers are limited.
All Holiday Homes have a DVD player and radio.
There are five pitch styles to choose from:
XL Hard Standing Pitch Fully Serviced
Minimum size: 100 sq metres. Pitch & Hire of electric hook-up point. Water, waste & TV connection, hard standing area.
XL Grass Pitch Fully Serviced
Minimum size: 100 sq metres. Pitch & hire of electric hook-up point. Water, waste & TV connection.
XL Grass Pitch With Electric
Minimum size: 100 sq metres. Pitch & hire of electric hook-up point.
Grass Pitch With Electric
Pitch & hire of electric hook-up point.
Grass Pitch Non Electric
Pitch only, no services.
No, the GRASS PITCH NON ELECTRIC does not have electric hook-up.
All pitches with electric hook-up points have the cost of electricity included in the nightly tariff, so please book according to your requirements.
You will need a 13-amp outdoor cable with an adaptor cable. Subject to availability, these are available for purchase from the Woodhill Store or most camping shops.
The charging of hybrid and or electric vehicles using the electricity supply to your Holiday Hire Home, or touring hook-up point is NOT permitted.
There are currently no charging facilities for EV’s available at Woodhill Park, however there are several facilities nearby – please enquire with Reception.
Alternatively, you can visit our sister Park, Kelling Heath, located near Weybourne. With six competitively priced charging points available to use whilst you make the most of the woodland walks, Brackens café or the Forge & Terrace Restaurant.
Electric E-Bicycles are NOT permitted to be taken into your Holiday Hire Home for charging. Quad bikes, segways, hoverboards and electric scooters are NOT permitted to be used on Park.
If you have a valid offer code, you are entitled to the offer discount.
For Welcome Back Breaks, you will receive your code on check out, and you will need to enter the code at the time of the next booking.

When booking online, all Holiday Homes and pitches are allocated in order of availability. If you have a specific Holiday Home or pitch you wish to book, please call our bookings team on 01263 512242.
We accept most debit and credit cards except American Express. We also accept cheques, though no cheques are accepted less than two weeks before arrival.
Confirmation will be sent to you on the day of booking.
If this is via e-mail, it will be received the same day. If it is by post, please allow 2-3 working days.
To be allocated a pitch, all payment is needed at the time of booking or six weeks prior to arrival.
We can make provisional bookings and hold them for five days without payment. After the initial five days, we would need £75 per week or part week for Holiday Homes and Touring pitches to secure the booking.
During low season, touring and camping visitors can arrive without paying, but you will not have been allocated a pitch prior to your arrival.
Your confirmation that you have received through the post or via e-mail is all that is required to check-in.
For Welcome Back Breaks and the published offer for touring caravans and tents, you will need to bring the original booking confirmation with a valid voucher code to show on arrival.
Arrival time is 12pm for touring visitors and 4pm for Holiday Homes.
Departure time is 10am for touring and Holiday Homes.
All Holiday Homes have their own brick-built BBQ suitable for disposable BBQs, but you will need to bring your own equipment.
You can have a BBQ in the touring areas.
All barbecues in these areas must be raised off the ground. Bricks are available for this purpose if required, please ask in Reception.
BBQs must not be left unattended at any time, and please do not dispose of barbecues in the refuse bins.
Open fires and Chinese lanterns are forbidden due to the risk of fire.

Woodhill is located on the cliffs at East Runton and enjoys commanding views of the coastline. However, there is no direct access to the beach from the Park. Access is available a short drive away or within walking distance.
The Reception team at Woodhill will be pleased to provide directions.
When available, activities can be be booked a week in advance of your arrival day and are subject to availability and weather dependent.
All children should be accompanied by an adult and prior booking at reception is required unless stated.
Please be aware that there are limited spaces available for some events and these will be booked on a first come basis.
Guests are advised to bring torches for their own convenience.
We do not have a cash machine at Woodhill Park. The nearest is at Cromer or Sheringham.
